Urban Wholesale Liquidation allows customers to browse available pallets and wholesale merchandise, review product-specific information, place orders online, and receive their purchases according to the applicable shipping and delivery information.

Because liquidation inventory can vary by product category, condition, quantity, and availability, we encourage customers to carefully review each listing before placing an order.

Browse available products by category or product type and find inventory that matches your sourcing needs. Each listing represents a specific available product or pallet, so inventory details may vary from one listing to another.

Review the Product Details

Before purchasing, review the information provided on the individual product listing. Depending on the inventory, this may include the product category, condition, quantity, images, pricing, manifest information, and other relevant details. We offer both manifested and unmanifested pallets. A manifested pallet may include an itemized inventory or other available product information, while an unmanifested pallet does not include a complete itemized manifest. Product condition may also vary. Available inventory can include new merchandise, used merchandise, customer returns, and other liquidation inventory, depending on the individual listing.

Add to Cart & Place Your Order

Once you have reviewed the listing and decided to purchase, add the merchandise to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, review your order details, shipping information, applicable shipping charges, and available payment options before completing your purchase. We support online payment options including credit/debit card payments and other available payment methods, with payment options presented according to the checkout process.

    Payment Confirmation

    After checkout, your selected payment method is processed according to the applicable payment terms. Once payment has been successfully received and confirmed, your order moves forward for processing. For orders using invoicing or bank-based payment methods, processing begins after the required payment has been received and confirmed.

    Order Processing

    After you place your order and your payment has been confirmed, we typically process your order within 1–3 business days. Processing includes preparing the order for shipment and coordinating the available shipping arrangements.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment using the applicable shipping service. For orders shipped within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing. Domestic shipping is available at a flat rate of $130. We do not currently ship internationally. Those customers who wish to have orders shipped outside of the United States are encouraged to engage a freight forwarder who services your region. Urban Wholesale Liquidation  is happy to ship to any forwarder’s location within the United States but we cannot take any responsibility for international shipping aspects such as customs.

      Receive Your Order

      Once your order has been dispatched, the applicable shipping company provides the available shipment or tracking information directly to your email. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, carrier, weekends, holidays, and circumstances outside our control. The delivery estimates above are typical timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. customer support team is available to assist.
