Products & Pricing
We offer liquidation pallets and wholesale merchandise that may include new merchandise, overstock, customer returns, used products, open-box goods, and other liquidation inventory, depending on the individual listing.
Product descriptions, images, quantities, manifests, and condition information may vary from one listing to another.
Some pallets are manifested, while others may be unmanifested. A manifested pallet may include available inventory information, while an unmanifested pallet may not include a complete itemized list.
Because liquidation inventory may include customer returns, overstock, used merchandise, open-box products, or untested items, individual items within a pallet are not guaranteed to be complete, functional, or in a particular condition unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the available product description, images, condition information, quantity, manifest information, and other listing details before purchasing.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We are not liable for typographical or other unintentional pricing errors.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Any payment received for a canceled order will be refunded.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize payment for your order and any applicable charges.
An order is processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other circumstances affecting the order.
Shipping
Shipping is available throughout all 50 U.S. states.
Our standard/base shipping rate is $130. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, weight, dimensions, freight requirements, and other applicable factors.
Pallet shipments are generally handled through LTL Freight, while larger bulk orders may require Full Truckload shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard U.S. delivery is approximately 2–5 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, weather, weekends, holidays, address issues, freight requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking information is provided after the order has shipped.
We do not currently provide direct international shipping. Customers outside the United States may arrange a freight forwarder that services their region. Eligible orders may be shipped to the freight forwarder’s location within the United States.
Urban Wholesale Liquidation is not responsible for the international portion of the shipment, including international transportation, customs, duties, taxes, or other requirements after delivery to the freight forwarder.

Returns & Refunds
All liquidation pallet sales are final except for situations covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible claims may include receiving the wrong pallet or item, certain shipping errors, a product that significantly differs from its listing description, qualifying damaged shipments, or missing items when those items were specifically represented in the applicable listing or manifest.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for eligible claims.
